Arrested for a DUI-related charge in Sanford, Florida?

When you are driving and an officer observes some behavior which he or she believes is indicative of drunk driving, the officer will pull you over to the side of the road. What To Do After a Sanford DUI Arrest

After your arrest, you will be asked to take a breath or blood test to determine your blood alcohol concentration. Refusal of these tests will result in the automatic suspension of your driver’s license, although you do have the opportunity to challenge this suspension at a DMV hearing. If your blood alcohol level is 0.08% or greater, you will most likely be charged with DUI. However, you may be charged even with a blood alcohol level below the legal limit – if you are considered to have been “under the influence” of alcohol and/or drugs.
